Description

1. The heater is consisted of raw material of ADC12 aluminum, it is aluminum heater (called aluminum radiator), popular in international markets, antirust, light, good-looking shape, no welding to cut down, leaking possibility.
2. The other heaters such as: Die Casting Aluminum Radiators, aluminum heaters, electric heaters and heat exchangers, are made of Al2O3 and SiO2 protective layer which are antiwear, antirust, anticorrosion.
3. Aluminum heater is at the point of 730 ℃ liquid aluminum, die cast by 800T-1600T fully automatically die casting machine, unique TY3318 anticorrosion coating process.
4. Sealed by welding technology.
5. Electrostatic spray painting by epoxy resin powder with smooth and bright smooth.
